Massawepie 2022

It is time to start thinking about summer camp! This page will be the central collection area for information about our annual week at Massawepie.

Dates: Sunday July 3 through Saturday 9, 2022

At this point, we should expect camp to function the same way it did in 2021, with heightened health and safety rules to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

We have booked our spot, but individual registration is not open yet.

Price

SCOUTS

• $100 Deposit due to SWC 02/18/2022
• Early discount price $445.00 (must be paid to SWC by 03/18/2022)
• Regular price $495.00 (03/19/2022 to 05/19/2022)
• Late registration price $525.00 (starts 05/20/2022)

ADULTS (no increase over past years–if you have materials that quote a higher price, they are old.)

• $200 for the week
• $41 per night

Think About Merit Badges

Merit badge registration is opening early this year! Decide what you’d like to do now!

Why not avoid last minute stress and get your medical forms up to date? All scouts and adults who attend will not be admitted without proper medical documentation.

Currently, the list of forms needed is the same as last year, although they warned us it may change:

• BSA ABC medical form with doctor’s signature (4-5 pages). Vaccination record can be written in the ABC form or include a copy of the printout from your doctor.
• SWC OTC medication form with doctor’s signature (1 page). Required by NY state.  Camp staff cannot give your child Tylenol, Benadryl, or any other OTC drug without this form, and your child may not apply sunscreen or bug spray either!
• Meningococcal letter (1 page).
• Covid form plus a copy of vaccine card or test results (this may change in 2022)
• Food accommodations form (1 page, optional).  Please list any food allergies or other medical or religious dietary restrictions.
• A copy of the front and back of your health insurance card (1 page)
• We also have a Troop emergency contact form that I will asking everyone to update.
